Quality Assurance Solutions, LLC was founded in October 1999 by Ms. Diane Lawver and is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The founder of Quality Assurance Solutions, LLC brings over 25 years of environmental testing laboratory experience to each and every environmental testing laboratory's project. 
   
   
 
Ms. Lawver served as Regional Mobile Laboratory Manager, an Account Executive, and Laboratory Director for Severn Trent Laboratories, Inc.  
 
Prior to that, the owner was an Executive Vice President for the Sequoia Network with service as  a Quality Assurance Officer and Laboratory Director. 
 
Ms. Lawver was a Senior Chemist responsible for GC and GC/MS testing at the City of Colorado Springs Drinking Water Quality Laboratory.
 
 

 

 
 
In February 2006, Quality Assurance Solutions, LLC was launched as a full-time endeavor by its founder, Diane Lawver. It’s services continue to support quality systems improvements for environmental testing laboratories who are either publicly or privately held. It’s services extend beyond the laboratory to environmental engineering firms and end-users of environmental testing data for decision-making or compliance monitoring.
 

 
 
 

  

Ms. Lawver is a recognized expert in SDWA, CWA, and RCRA analytical testing requirements, as well as,  supporting regulations. She holds certificates as an Assessor for the NELAP July 2003 and TNI 2009 Standards, DOD ELAP QSM 4.2, Environmental Lead (Pb) Assessment LQSR, Rev. 3), and the ISO:IEC (2005) 17025 Standard.  Her consulting experience extends to  laboratories who seek or are renewing California DPH ELAP accreditation.

 

Ms. Lawver holds a B.S. Degree in Environmental Toxicology and a B.S. Degree in Biochemistry from U.C. Davis.  She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
